Agencies who are interested may submit their application along  with relevant documents to prove eligibility to the Managing Director, CIAL Dutyfree And Retail Services Ltd, X1/318 E, Cochin International Airport Building, Kochi Airport (P.O), Pin: 683 111 on or before 13/01/2017.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderer shall be pre-qualified based on the following criteria.  Tender documents will be issued only to those who meet these criteria.

1.      The tenderer should be an authorized dealer/ distributor of Toshiba(IBM Retail/NCR/HP) POS machines who is having authorization certificate from the OEM to participate in the tender at CDRSL

(Documents to be submitted: Company Profile of the Supplier. The Consent certificate from OEM shall be submitted.)

2.      The tender must have successfully implemented at least one similar work worth not less than Rs 40 Lakhs in a single contract or two works worth not less than Rs 20 Lakhs each in two separate contracts in reputed firms in the last four years.

(Documents to be submitted:

Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate from the client (specifying amount, period and quality of work)


Certificate from OEM stating that they shall be responsible for installation, trainings and support during warranty and AMC period as per tender conditions, also specifying that the OEM shall enter in to a triparty agreement with tenderer and CDRSL, in case work order is issued to the tenderer.)

3.      The tenderer should have an annual turnover of Rs. 2 Crores during any one of the last three years.

(Documents to be submitted: Audited financial statements for the years 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016)

4.      Tenderer/OEM should have a local support infrastructure/office in Kerala.

 (Documents to be submitted: Proof of local office/partner)

Tender shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after scrutiny of their applications.  The cost of tender documents can be remitted in the form of cash or Demand Draft favoring CIAL DUTYFREE AND RETAIL SERVICES LTD payable at Ernakulam.
