Sealed item rate tenders are invited for the  below mentioned work:

 

Name of work                                   :Supply ,Installation, Testing and     Commissioning (SITC) of external LED sign at Entrance gate ,Cochin International Airport

           

Estimated Cost                                 :   Rs 19 Lakhs (approx)

 

Completion Period of Contract      :  1 Month                    

 

Bidders shall have to submit their application, superscribing the name of work, along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi  Airport P.O.  PIN : 683 111, on or before the date mentioned below for pre qualification and for issuing the tender document.

 

Eligibility Criteria                         :   Tenderer’s shall have

 

1.    Executed satisfactorily at least one work in external sign board in single contract valuing not less than Rs. 13 Lakhs during any of the previous (5) five years namely 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 ending on 31.03.2016 in any reputed organizations . For this, the Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted.

                                                       AND

Executed satisfactorily at least one similar work  in external LED sign board in single contract valuing not less than Rs. 4 Lakhs during any of the previous (5) five years namely 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 ending on 31.03.2016 in any reputed organizations. For this, the Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted.

 

2.    Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs. 50 Lakhs during any one of the previous (4) Four years namely 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 ending on 31.03.2016.  Audited financial statements for the above last four years are to be produced as the proof of the financial performance of the contractor.

 

3.      Valid PF registration. (Copy of the registration certificate is to be submitted)

 

Earnest Money Deposit                              :   Rs.38,000/-

(Shall be submitted in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalised /Scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam/ Nedumbassery drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited.)

 

Cost of Tender Document (by hand)        :  Rs.1,000/-  + KVAT                                                            

Cost of Tender Document (by post)          :  Rs.1,000/-   + K VAT + Rs.500/-

Tender forms shall be issued to only to those agencies, who are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application.

CIAL reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof .The tenders, which are not accompanied by the EMD, shall be summarily rejected.
