Expression of Interest – ACCOMMODATION SPACE ON LEASE
Cochin International Airport requires space for Accommodation on lease for the use of CISF Unit within a radius of around 3 Km from the Terminal -1. The proposed building should have at least 5 metre wide road access and should have electricity and parking facility. The premises offered should be ready for occupation in one months’ time.
The owner should ensure and provide adequate supply of drinking water and water for W.C. & Lavatory throughout the lease period at his own cost.
Date of Commencement of Expression of Interest: 15/03/2017
Last date for receipt of Expression of Interest: 21/03/2017
Period of Lease: 2 years which may be extended on mutually agreed terms & condition.
Status of Land/ building: Free Hold
Number of Buildings required - 2 no’s
o Gents Accommodation – Building should be at least 20000 Sq.ft in a single building/ multiple building in same compound with proper compound wall and access facility.
o Ladies Accommodation – Building should be at least 7500 Sq.ft in a single building /multiple building in same compound with proper compound wall and access facility.
The proposed location should have following facilities /need to be provided with;
· Bed rooms
· Kitchen space
· Sufficient toilets as per requirement.
· Dining space
· Recreation room
· Gym room
· Parking space
· Window & door curtains
· Mosquito Net

CIAL/CISF shall shortlist the approved buildings. Selected parties shall give an undertaking that modifications required by CISF shall be undertaken within an agreed period. Shortlisted parties shall submit sealed bids on a date to be intimated by CIAL in an approved format.
