N. V. George, is the founder of Geo Group of Companies, a prominent business conglomerate based in the Middle East. With roots in a traditional business family in Thrissur, Mr. George ventured into the business landscape of the Middle East in 1976. Recognizing the demand for cooling solutions in the region's hot climate, he established his first venture in 1977, focusing on the trading and maintenance of air conditioners and spare parts. Expanding his enterprise's scope, Mr. George established Geo Electrical Trading and Contracting Company in 1984, catering to a wide range of air conditioning needs, including trading, maintenance, and rental cooling solutions. A visionary entrepreneur, he diversified his business activities further, encouraged by the rulers of the UAE. The Geo Group, an ISO-certified entity, has provided cooling and power solutions for prestigious projects such as the Indian Navy, 2010 Commonwealth Games, and various air shows and infrastructure developments in the UAE. Mr. George's business interests extend to the healthcare sector, where he serves as a director and shareholder of a super specialty hospital and other healthcare projects in India. He currently heads ongoing projects for the establishment of manufacturing units for air conditioners and water chillers in India.
