Bringing A Patient

If a patient has to be brought, the matter should be informed to the concerned airlines before the journey. There is provision for all assistance. Ambulance, wheelchair, etc can be utilized. If an additional seat is required for the patient's convenience, this must be done with prior information. salination facility can also be availed.

Receiving Mortal Remains

    Documents Needed:

  • Death Certificate.
  • Embalming Certificate from the hospital.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • NOC from Indian Embassy.
  • Passport of the deceased.
  • Items 4 and 5 are not needed if the mortal remains are carried domestically.

Asylum Seekers

In the case of Asylum seekers, the police department must contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the follow-up should be done from there only.

Claiming Lost Baggage

If the luggage is lost or mishandled, the immediate step that should be done is; Contact CISF Control Room - 0484 - 2611422.

VIP Facility

There is a separate lounge for VIP and VVIP. A separate attendee will be provided for the VIP and VVIP. He/she will be seen off to the flight by the special person assigned.

Transit

In case of a transit passenger who has to pick up another flight and has to wait for some hours, he/she can utilize the transit lounge. And if it's more than six hours he can utilize the guest rooms provided of course subject to availability of the same. In the transit lounge, all the facilities are provided for the absolute comfort of the passenger as of international standards.
