Item rate e-tender is invited from reputed civil contractors registered with CPWD, Kerala PWD and PSUs for the work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;
1. Valid civil “A” class registration certificate from CPWD, Kerala PWD and PSUs.
2. Valid PF and ESI registration certificate.
3. Shall have satisfactorily executed at least;
a. One road work valuing more than Rs.450.0 lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years (satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be submitted for prequalification).
b. Two road works valuing more than Rs.250.0 lakhs each in single contract during any of the last 05years (satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be submitted for prequalification).
4. Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.900.0 lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2022 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted for prequalification).
