INCLUDING AUDIO, VIDEO, PC AND
NETWORKING WORKS AT CIASL
1.1 Tenders are invited on behalf of Cochin International Aviation Services Limited (CIASL) from reputed contractors /firms for Setting up of Digital Training Hall including Audio, Video, PC and Networking Works at CIASL, Academy building. The tender forms are available with Commercial Department, Academy Building, Cochin International Aviation Services Limited, Nedumbassery on payment of Rs. 2950/- either in the form of Demand Draft in favour Cochin International Aviation Services Limited, payable at Ernakulam/ Nedumbassery or through account transfer up to 14th July 2023, 1500 Hrs.
1.2 A pre bid meeting is scheduled for 1530 hours on 14th July 2023 at the corporate office of CIASL in Academy building for the agencies who have purchased the tender document. Those who wish at attend online may contact us for the link after purchasing the tender document.
1.3 Tenders are to be submitted by 1100 hours on 18/07/2023, addressed to Managing Director, CIASL and should be submitted to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Aviation Services Limited, CIASL Academy Building, Kochi Airport P.O, Ernakulam – 683111.
1.4 After verification of technical bids, the financial bids of the technically qualified bidders shall be opened.
2. THE TENDER PROCESS
2.1 The tender process involves two stages, a Technical Bid and Financial bid. The bidder has to submit both technical and financial bid in separate covers but in one sealed master envelope. Technical bids will be opened first. In the technical bid, the bidder shall submit the proof of eligibility & technical specifications as laid out in this tender document. Financial Bids of only technically qualified agencies will be opened. Estimated cost of the work is Rs.45,00,000/- (approx.).
3 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
3.1 The applicant may be an individual proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or corporation who meets the requisite eligibility criteria prescribed as under. Joint venture companies and consortiums are not permitted to bid. If the applicant is a limited company or a corporation the application shall be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of Attorney for signing the application accompanied by a copy of the power of Attorney. The applicant should also furnish a copy of the memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a public notary.
3.2 Bidders should have
3.2.1Valid GST, PF & ESI registration
3.2.2 The bidder/ system integrator should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 2 Crores in any of the last four financial years.

Audited financial statement for the last four financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23.
3.2.3 Executed satisfactorily any of the following during the last 7 years in reputed firms:
· one similar work in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs.35 lakhs during the last 07 years (01.04.2016 - 31.03.2023)
· two similar works in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs 26 lakhs each during the last 07 years. (01.04.2016 - 31.03.2023).
· three similar works in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs 18 lakhs each during the last 07 years. (01.04.2016 - 31.03.2023).
(Similar work means setting up of Digital Smart Room/Hall including audio, video and network works of multistoried buildings, institutions, hotels etc. as a single contract or as a part of composite contract. Attested copy of the client certificate for satisfactory completion of the work should be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, date of starting of work and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100% completed during the said period of the project.)
Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria
1. Satisfactory work completion certificate from the clients in terms of type of work, quality, order value, period of execution and service support. Client contact details are to be provided.
2. Copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client
3. List of similar works executed in airports/reputed firms during the last six preceding years. Client contact details are to be provided.
3.2.4 The bidder or the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) should have own local office/service centre or authorized service partner in Kerala for providing project technical assistance & support during design, implementation, warranty and annual maintenance services of the quoted items.

1. Particulars of office /servicing facility of bidder/ authorized service partner in Kerala with GST registration details.
3.2.5 Should have annual work contract receipts of value not less than of Rs. 66 lakhs during any one of the last five financial years ending 31st March, 2023.

1. Statutory auditor’s certificate in this regard to be produced.
3.2.6 The firm should have an audio-video specialist with minimum of 5 years experience in installation and maintenance of similar facility. Details of the Specialist may be furnished.
4. SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND PRODUCT & SPECIFICATIONS
4.1 The scope of this contract is for executing the works of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Digital Training Hall including Audio, Video and Networking Works at CIASL and setting up of a computer work station as specified in the Tender Documents.
Work involves setting up of a digital training hall with Audio, Video and Networking works as per the technical specification. Also supply and installation of workstation PCs and networking components of specified quantities at computer lab and integrating the same with the existing network.
4 The time period for completing works of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Digital Training Hall including Audio, Video, PC and Networking Works shall be one month from the date of acceptance of the work order from CIASL or any other extended date communicated by CIASL in writing.
5 EMD : Rs. One lakh
6 The items to be supplied and installed at the Digital training hall and computer work station along with its specifications is given in Annexure I & II of this document.
