Eligibility Criteria
1. The contractor should have their Local office in Kerala.
Document to be submitted: - Proof for local office and Company profile
- The tenderer should have executed front office or help desk operations worth Rs.20 Lakhs per year in a single contract during preceding seven years in 5 Star hotels/International Airports/hospitals (of min 100 beds)/ service sector organizations of similar size (with public interactions).
Document to be submitted: - Satisfactory Certificate from the client)
- Tenderers should have Annual turn over to the tune of Rs.2 Crores during any one of the last three years.
Document to be submitted: - Audited financial statement
- Valid PF, ESI and service tax registration. If no registration, the bidder should provide an undertaking that it will be taken within one month of award of contract
Commercial Bids of only those contractors who are deemed to be qualified after scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be evaluated. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
