The bids shall be submitted by only the sole bidder; no consortium is allowed.

(a) The Bidder shall be an established company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or a partnership firm registered under LLP Act, 2008 and in operation for at least 5 years and shall have their registered offices in India.

(b) The company must be registered with appropriate authorities for all applicable statutory duties/taxes

(a) Valid documentary proof of:
Certificate of incorporation 
Certificate consequent to change of name, if applicable

(b) Valid documentary proof of:
GST Registration number
PAN Number

The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any of the last three years should be at least 30 Crores.

Audited balance sheet for the financial year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.

All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant. In case if Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

Bidder should have successfully completed implementation of Datacentre / Campus Networking Projects including Core and Distribution switches in India, during the last five years.

i. Three completed projects costing not less than 2.4 crores each   

OR                                     

ii. Two completed projects costing not less than 3 crores each

OR                                     

iii. One completed project costing not less than 4.8 Crores.

The value of the work considered will be the SITC part excluding AMC.

1. Work orders confirming year, area of activity and value of contract.

2. Satisfactory completion certificate from client. The satisfactory completion certificate shall be issued by authorized person. CIAL may verify directly with the customer regarding the successful completion of the project.

Note:

1. All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, consortium etc.

2. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.

3. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
