Online item rate E-Tenders are invited from reputed agencies for Supply, Implementation, Customization, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) at Cochin International Airport.

Eligibility Criteria:

1	The bids shall be submitted by only the sole bidder; no consortium is allowed.	Declaration in this regard needs to be submitted
2	Bidder should be either: • A company registered under the Indian Companies Act. OR • A partnership firm registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) Act, 2008 OR • A partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932	(a) Valid documentary proof of: • Certificate of incorporation (b) Valid documentary proof of: • GST Registration • PAN
3	The annual financial turnover of the bidder during any one of the last three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) should be at least 50 Crores.	Audited balance sheet for the financial year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant. In case if Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.
4	Bidder should have successfully completed implementation of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, during the last five years. i. Three completed projects costing not less than 1.4 crores each                                             or ii. Two completed projects costing not less than  1.75 crores each                                             or iii. One completed project costing not less than  2.8 Crores. Project Implementation and one year License cost only be considered for determining the value of work, AMC and subsequent license renewal cost will not be considered.	1.Work orders confirming year, area of activity and value of contract. 2.Satisfactory completion certificate from client. The satisfactory completion certificate shall be issued by authorized person. CIAL may verify directly with the customer regarding the successful completion of the project.
5	Authorization letter from Microsoft confirming that bidder is authorized by Microsoft to participate in this tender process.	Authorization letter from Microsoft

Note:

a.       All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, consortium etc.

b.      Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.

c.       No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.

       

Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
