Eligibility criteria:
- Valid PF registration certificate
- Similar Work Experience
A. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least one similar work in a single contract or as a part of a composite contract valuing more than Rs. 35.46 Lakhs during the last 07 years (03.02.2018 - 03.02.2025)
or
B. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least two similar works in a single contract or as a part of a composite contract valuing more than Rs. 22.16 Lakhs each during the last 07 years. (03.02.2018- 03.02.2025).
or
C. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least three similar works in a single contract or as a part of a composite contract valuing more than Rs. 17.73 Lakhs each during the last 07 years. (03.02.2018 - 03.02.2025).
(Similar work means supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cold Rooms as part of a single work or as part of composite work for factories, warehouses, food processing units etc which require cold rooms. An attested copy of the principal client certificate for satisfactory completion of the work should be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, the date of starting work and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100% completed during the mentioned period of the project. A copy of the Purchase order or GST Invoices needs to be submitted if the completion certificate has no mention of cold room.)
- Should have an annual turnover of value not less than Rs. 44 Lakhs during any one of the last five financial years ending 31st March 2024(Audited financial statement for the previous 05 years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022,2022-2023 and 2023-2024 should be submitted).
