TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from experienced agencies on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the Landscaping of Fire Station Surroundings at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.
Name of work: Landscaping of Fire Station Surroundings at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.
Estimated Cost: Rs 34 Lakhs. (excluding GST)
Period of Completion: 03 months + 1-year maintenance contract
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- The Bidder shall have satisfactorily executed with a minimum area of 10,000 square feet, including plants and grass and carried out maintenance of garden/landscape work for minimum 01 year for a reputed organization within the last 10 years.
Documents to be submitted: The bidder shall submit a satisfactory completion certificate issued by the client, clearly mentioning the scope and details of the landscape work executed. The certificate must specifically include the total area (in square meters) of the landscape work completed, the duration and period during which one year of maintenance was carried out. The work completion date shall also be mentioned. The certificate must be duly signed and stamped by the signing authority of the organisation.

Interested agencies shall have to submit their applications along with tender fee to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before 09.04.2025.
Tenders shall only be issued to contractors who have remitted the tender fee in the form of cash, demand draft, or electronic transfer in favour of CIAL, payable at Ernakulam.
