Percentage rate e-tenders are invited from reputed civil contractors registered with CPWD, State PWDs and PSUs for the work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;

Valid Civil ‘A’ Class & above registration in CPWD/State PWDs/MES/Railways or have a valid empanelment for civil works with any Public Sector Undertakings/Govt Agencies for a value equal to or higher than the estimate cost for this work.
Valid PF and ESI registration certificate.
Shall have satisfactorily executed at least;
- One civil work in single contract valuing more than Rs.4.80 Crores during any of the last 05years (satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for the work).
- Two civil works each in single contract valuing more than Rs.3.00 Crores during any of the last 05years (satisfactory completion certificate from the client shall be produced for the work).
Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.9.00 Crores during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2024 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted along with the application for prequalification)

Interested agencies may submit their bids and supporting documents through the website www.e-tenders.kerala.gov.in. Tenders of those Contractors who are deemed to be qualified after scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be considered for financial bid opening.
