NOTICE INVITING TENDER

CIAL INFRASTRUCTURES LIMITED

(Subsidiary of Cochin International Airport Ltd.)

CIAL Infrastructures Ltd., invites eligible agencies to participate in the item rate sealed tender for LAND CLEARING WORK AT THE SOLAR PLANT PREMISES AT COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

1. INTRODUCTION:

1. CIAL Infrastructures Ltd., (CIL) has implemented the following solar power plants in the Cochin Airport premises;

It is required to keep the solar plant premises free from overgrowth of vegetation by deploying brush cutters as enumerated in the Bill of Quantities and tenders are being invited for the same. The area to be cleared are as follows:

2. ELIGIBILITY

2. The agency/individual who has undertaken similar works in the past at least for one year within last five years will be eligible to participate in the tender. Experience certificate from the Employer shall be submitted as a proof.

3. The agency should not have been disqualified / debarred / blacklisted by any organization in the past.

4. The contractor shall have valid PF and ESI registration. The copy of PF and ESI registration certificate shall be submitted.

3. ERNEST MONEY DEPOSIT

5. Bids shall be submitted by eligible bidders along with an EMD of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of CIAL Infrastructures Ltd., payable at Ernakulam or bank transfer.

4. GENERAL CONDITONS

6. CIL reserves the right to decide on the eligibility of the bidders and shall disqualify any bidder who in the opinion of   CIL is incompetent to execute the subject work.

7. The rates quoted by the agency/individual shall include cost of labour, tools, equipments, accessories etc. required for the satisfactory execution of the work. The rate also should be inclusive of taxes including GST, duties and other statutory levies, including transporting and handling. No extra claims will be entertained in this regard.

8. The period of contract is 3 years. 5% increase is applicable at the end of first and second year.

9. The rates quoted by the agency are valid for the entire tenure of the contract and no escalation in the rates will be permitted during the entire period of the contract.

10. All tools, equipment, accessories etc. has to be provided by the contractor for the satisfactory execution of the work and shall keep in the designated places.

11. The tender document shall be available from the administrative office of CIAL Infrastructures Ltd. at CIAL Museum Complex, Near CIASL Academy, Kochi Airport P.O, Ernakulam, Kerala - 683111 during office hours from 10^th April 2025 to 22^nd April 2025 at a cost of Rs.590/- (Cost of bid document - Rs.500.00 + GST @ 18%-Rs. 90.00).

5. SUBMISSION OF BIDS

12. The duly filled up tenders shall be submitted at the Office of CIAL Infrastructures Ltd, in two covers as detailed below at the following address not later than 3 PM on 22^nd April 2025. The bids will be opened at 3.30PM on 23^rd  April 2025. Late bids shall be liable for rejection.

1. Cover 1 : The Cover 1 should be labelled as “Pre-Qualification bid” enclosing following document:

1. Proof of Experience as detailed in Eligibility criteria sI.no.(2) above
2. Copy of PF and ESI Registration
3. Ernest Money Deposit as detailed in sI.no:(5) above
4. Letter of undertaking stating that bidder is not disqualified / debarred / blacklisted by any organizations in the past.

2. Cover 2 : The Cover 2 should be labelled as “Price Bid” enclosing duly filled Bill of Quantities and Signed  Tender Document by authorized signatory on all pages.

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT

13. The successful bidder shall submit a performance security of Rs.5,000/- before commencement of work. This shall be released after the successful completion of the contract period.
