Sealed item rate tenders are invited from the reputed Electrical contractors, for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

Name of work                     :  Setting up of Additional Facility for CIAL Trade Fair & Exhibition Centre

SH : Electrical Works – Phase 2                                                                              

Estimated Cost                  :     Rs 55.18 lakhs (approximately)

Period of Completion        :    4 Months 

Eligibility criteria

• Valid PF and ESI registration.
• Valid Class ‘ A ‘ License issued by KSELB
• Executed satisfactorily at least one Electrical work in single contract of not less than Rs 44.24 lakhs during any of the previous (5) five years ending on 31-03-2025. For this the satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted.               

OR

Executed satisfactorily at least two Electrical works in single contract of not less than Rs 27.65 lakhs during any of the previous (5) five years ending on 31-03-2025. For this the satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted.

• Annual turnover not less than Rs 82 lakhs during any one of the five preceding years namely 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24. Audited financial statements for all of the last five years mentioned above are to be produced as proof of the financial performance of the contractor with UDIN.

Earnest Money Deposit                         :   Rs 1,10,000/-

(Shall be submitted in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalized/Scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited.)

Cost of Tender Documents                   :   Rs 2000/- + GST (By hand)

                                                                       :    Rs 2500/- + GST (By post)(Can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery.)

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms for prequalification along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before the date mentioned above for the prequalification for issuing the tender document.

Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application.

CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
