COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LTD REQUIRES SPACE FOR ACCOMMODATION ON LONG TERM LEASE TO ACCOMMODATE 651 PERSONS WITHIN A RADIUS OF AROUND 7 KM FROM THE AIRPORT. INTERESTED AGENCIES WHO OWN BUILDING / LAND READY TO CONSTRUCT AS PER REQUIREMENT MAY SUBMIT THEIR BUILDING / LOCATION DETAILS TO THE COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OF CIAL WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS ADVERTISMENT.
Expression of Interest may be submitted by interested agencies who meets the below requirement.
Land area requirement :Minimum 450 cents of land( Any expansion of National and State highways should not affect the extent of land).
Total built up area : 1,10,000 Sft to accommodate Approx 651 (561 male & 90 female) residents.
Maximum distance from airport :7 Km from International Circle
Time of travel to Airport :< 10Minutes
Access Road to the facility : Sufficiently wide road for the movement of Fire vehicles as per KPBR/KMBR rules
Proposed Period of lease : 25 years from completion & handover.
Completion Time Frame : 24 Months from signing of MOU
Services : All services including uninterrupted Water supply, sanitation, uninterrupted Electricity supply, firefighting, CCTV, communication, permanent STP, periodical white wash, day to day maintenance work etc has to be done by the building owner. Perimeter wall with all sides fixed with concertina coil and all statutory clearances for construction of building as per CIALs approved building plan, KPBR rules and has to be done by the successful building owner at their cost & expense.
Expression of Interest are invited from Agencies who are interested in build/lease the above mentioned area for accommodation, may submit the following documents;
· Request Letter addressed to Airport Director showing their willingness to Construct/ lease the building.

· Latest Land tax Receipt copy
· Building Plan Approval details if any

· Copy of Latest Non-Encumbrance certificate for 15 Years
