   1.

Bidder should have successfully commissioned at least one similar work of SITC of POS Peripherals in a single work order, with order value not less than Rs 4 Lakhs, within the last 6 years.

(Documents to be submitted by the bidder: Satisfactory Completion Certificate from the clients or email proof from client clearly indicating the bidders name, name of work, clients official email id). In case of email proof, CIAL reserves right to verify the satisfactory project completion from the client through email and only if CIAL receives response from client within 7 days, email proof will be considered for qualification).

The Bidder should have an annual turnover to the tune of Rs. 25 Lakhs during any one of the last six years

(Documents to be submitted: Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Schedules annexed thereto)

The performance for the financial years 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 will only be considered for all the above qualifying parameters.

    3.

The Bidder should have a local office in India.

(Documents to be submitted: Certificate of Incorporation/ GST Registration certificate issued by GSTN authorities (copy)/ PAN Card (copy).

Note:

a.             Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.

b.            No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
