Supporting Documents

The Bidder should have a local office in India.

Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ GST Registration certificate issued by GSTN authorities (copy) & PAN Card (copy).

Bidder should have an annual turnover to the tune of Rs.2 Crore during any one of the last 4 years. The performance for the financial years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 will only be considered for the above qualifying parameters.

Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

Bidder must have successfully implemented any two modules (Safety Management System, Airside Driving Permit / Airside Vehicle Permit, Learning Management System, or Wildlife Hazard Management System) of similar software at an Indian airport either directly or through execution for a principal contractor / parent / group company / authorized system integrator holding a direct work order with the airport, subject to the following conditions.

1. Handling more than 3 million passengers annually, within the last five years (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25) and

2. with work order value annually not less than 20 lakhs averaged over any of the five year period (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25).

Satisfactory Completion Certificate from the the airport operator or from the principal contractor / parent / group company holding the direct work order with the airport, clearly mentioning (a) Purchase order number and date, (b) Nature and quality of work executed,

 (c) Project duration and completion date, (d) value of Contract, (e) post-implementation support provided.

Supporting documentary evidence establishing the bidder’s role in the project, such as:

• Back-to-back work order / agreement
• Authorization or certification from the principal contractor
• Relevant invoices or completion letters

Certificate of authorized signatory confirming unconditional acceptance of all tender terms and conditions
