  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

 

  1. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 15 Crore in any of the last three financial years, 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26.

Documents: Financial Statements audited viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have a Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of a Chartered Accountant affixed on it. In case if any Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, a CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.

 

2. The bidder should have successfully implemented Data Centre Infrastructure (excluding server, storage, and network components), including Precision Air Conditioners and Fire Suppression systems in reputed organizations during the last seven years. 

  • One similar work in a single contract valuing more than Rs 3 Crore.
  • Two similar works, each in a single contract valuing more than Rs 1.50 Crore.
  •  Three similar works, each in a single contract valuing more than Rs 1 Crore.

 

Documents: Satisfactory work completion certificate from the competent authority of the customer, along with the Purchase order.     

 

3. The bidder should have a local office in Kerala.
