Eligibility Criteria for participation in the tender:

To be Eligible to participate in this tender, the bidder should meet the following criteria:

  1. The bidder shall be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Indian arm/authorized dealer of the OEM of the proposed Automatic Cleaning machine.
  2. The bidder shall have a registered office in India, with office established at least one year prior to the date of inviting tenders. If bidder is an Authorized Dealer, the dealership should have been awarded one year prior to the date of inviting tenders.
  3. If the bidder is an OEM or the Indian arm of the OEM, they shall have a turnover of not less than Rs 50 Crores in any one of the last three financial years. In case the bidder is an Authorized dealer of the OEM, they shall have a turnover of not less than Rs 10 Crores in any one of the last three financial years. The net worth of the bidder firm should not be negative as on 31st March 2025.
  4. The OEM or the Indian arm of the OEM shall have an experience of at least 10 years in the manufacture and supply of automatic/ride-on type cleaning machines. In case the bidder is an authorized dealer, they shall have at least 5 years’ experience in the supply of automatic/ride-on type cleaning machines to airports/railway stations/IT companies/ hospitals/ PSUs/ shopping malls or other similar establishments.
  5. The OEM or the Indian arm of the OEM should have manufactured and supplied (or commissioned) atleast five units of automatic cleaning machines with the same or higher specifications as the tendered equipment, in the last three years.
  6. In the last five years, the OEM (Manufacturer of the machine) or the Indian arm of the OEM should have supplied and commissioned either one single work order for automatic cleaning machines (with the same or higher specifications as the tendered equipment) worth not less than Rs 240 Lakhs, (OR) two work orders each worth not less than Rs 150 Lakhs, (OR) three work orders each worth not less than Rs 120 Lakhs.
  7. In case the bidder is the Indian arm of the OEM/authorized dealer of the OEM, they should have supplied and commissioned either one single work order for cleaning machines (heavy duty cleaning machines like automatic cleaning machines, scrubber machines, truck mounted sweepers, sweeping scooters, or any other commercial cleaning equipment used at big establishments like airports)  worth not less than Rs 240 Lakhs, (OR) two work orders each worth not less than Rs 150 Lakhs, (OR) three work orders each worth not less than Rs 120 Lakhs in the last five years.
  8. Bidder shall have after-sales and service support in India.
  9. Bidder/OEM shall have Certification from ISO 9001-2015.
  10. The bidder should not be currently blacklisted or debarred by any government organizations or Airports in India.

The above criteria shall be referred to as the Eligibility Criteria. Tenderer must provide documentary evidence including certificates of successful commissioning with the technical bid to support the above details.
