SALE OF SCRAP MATERIALS FROM CIAL

 

Tenders are invited on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd. in the prescribed format for sale of scrap materials from the premises of CIAL. The successful bidder shall be responsible for removing the scrap material at their own cost. Details of the tender process are as follows:

Note

  1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed tenders for sale of scrap materials at CIAL. The items shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
  2. The financial bid is subject to a minimum bid amount/ upset price for scrap materials. EMD of bidders who fail to quote the minimum bid amount /upset price shall be forfeited.
  3. The scope of this contract includes removal of the scrap items only after payment of necessary charges to CIAL after weighment procedures.
  4. The successful bidder shall ensure that the entire wastes are removed from the premises of CIAL without spillage/causing damage to the assets owned by CIAL. The work has to be completed within the time frame stipulated by CIAL.
  5. If the successful bidder fails to perform the scope of work mentioned in the tender document, EMD submitted by them will be forfeited. Such bidders may also be blacklisted for a period of upto 3 years, at the sole discretion of CIAL.
