PROVIDING HIRED VEHICLE SERVICES TO CIAL

Sealed item rate tenders are invited from reputed agencies/individuals for providing hired vehicle services on a monthly basis. The particulars of the tender are as follows:

Note

1. An Annual compound escalation of 5% will be given for subsequent years post the first year of contract.
2. The minimum contract period for vehicle operation shall be Twelve months.
3. The agency should serve advance notice of a minimum of 3 months before requesting for termination of contract.
4. Only vehicles with permits of Tourist/ Commercial are allowed to run during this contract period.
5. No change in the contract amount will be permitted even if there is any fluctuation in the fuel price during the contract period.
6. The vehicle shall be made available as required by CIAL, including for usage beyond the specified kilometres/extra hours. Payment for excess kilometres will be made as per the rates indicated in the tender.
7. Reconciliation of the total kilometres covered will be carried out at the end of every three months’ contract period to account for any excess kilometres. Additional charges will only be paid if the total kilometres driven for duty exceed the cumulative contractual kilometres for the three-month period.
8. The successful bidder must ensure that the vehicle is used exclusively for the scope of work envisaged in this tender document. When the vehicle is not in operation, it should be parked in CIAL or as authorized by the Officer-in-charge of CIAL.

 

The Tender document is available from 11.03.2026 to 24.03.2026 from CIAL Commercial Department on payment of Tender document cost Rs. 250/- Tender submissions will be accepted till 25.03.2026 at 3:00 PM and bids will be opened at 3:30 PM on the same day.
