1. Cochin International Airport Ltd invites sealed quotations for the Sale of Vehicles at CIAL. These vehicles shall be sold on an “as is where is” basis.
2. The financial bid is subject to a minimum bid amount/ upset price.
3. EMD of bidders who fail to quote the minimum bid amount /upset price shall be forfeited.

Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
