The bidder shall be a registered entity in India (Company / LLP) and shall possess valid statutory registrations.

The bidder shall have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 2 Crore during the last three (3) financial years.

The bidder shall have successfully completed similar works during the last five (5) years:
• Three works = Rs. 8 Lakhs each
OR
• Two works = Rs. 12 Lakhs each
OR
• One work = Rs. 16 Lakhs
Definition: Design, development, deployment, and maintenance of dynamic, responsive websites/portals

AND
Completion Certificates / Client Confirmations

The bidder shall have experience in executing similar projects for Government Departments / PSUs / Airports / Banks / critical installations.
At least one project must be from a Government Department / PSU with satisfactory completion.

2. Satisfactory completion certificate from client. The satisfactory completion certificate shall be issued by authorized person. CIAL may verify directly with the customer regarding the successful completion of the project

The bidder shall have an operational office in Kerala OR capability to provide on-site support at CIAL within defined timelines.

Proof of Office Address (Lease Agreement / Utility Bill / GST Registration etc.)

The bidder shall not have been blacklisted by any Government Department / PSU / Autonomous Body in India.

Note:
1. All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, consortium, etc.
2. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.
3. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
