NOTICE INVITING TENDERS FOR MAINTENANCE OF GARDEN/LANDSCAPING AND HORTICULTURE PLANTS OF CIAL GOLF  CLUB  AT COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED, NEDUMBASSERY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 Tenders are invited on behalf of the Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) for Maintenance of Garden/Landscaping and Horticulture plants of CIAL Golf Club at Cochin International Airport Limited, Nedumbassery.

 

Eligibility Criteria: The tenderers should have

 

1. Satisfactorily completed at least one similar job in single contract valuing more than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum during the last 05 years.(satisfactory completion certificate from the client has to be submitted.)
2. Should have Valid PF & ESI registration

 

Cost of Tender document : Rs. 500/-

Period  of sale of Tender documents:  -upto 15.06.2026 upto 1400hrs

 

2. Tenders shall be received by the Accepting Authority upto 15.00 hrs on 15.06.2026 and shall be opened on the same day at 15.30 hrs in the presence of tenderers who may be present.

 

3. The tender shall be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.30000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft on any scheduled bank in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Nedumbassery or Ernakulam/Account transfer.  The tenders without Earnest Money Deposit shall summarily be rejected.

 

4. Contract for Maintenance of Garden/Landscaping & Horticulture plants of CIAL Golf Club at Cochin International Airport Limited(CIAL) , Nedumbassery will be for a period of 1 (One) year from the date of handing over of site. .

 

5. Monthly amount to be quoted and the contract will be awarded to the bidder who quotes the lowest monthly contract value.

 

6. Scope of work: Maintenance of Landscaping, garden, lawn in front of club house, swimming pool, parking areas, in kerbs including the kerbs in the approach road of club house. Ornamental Plants, Spices, ayurvedic plants, other woody perennial ,coconut trees , other trees & shrubs  in CIAL Golf Club (planted in Fairways, Fairway gaps, area between Fairway gaps and fencing,(phase 1 and 2) in and around Club House, Workshop building , Starter room, Caddy room, DVOR etc.)

 

7. The contractor shall maintain the garden/landscaping and horticulture plants in CIAL Golf Club on all days of the year except on Sundays and 13 National and festival Holidays . Based on the scope of work, the contractor shall specify the number of persons working on a daily basis towards this contract.
