DETAILED TENDER NOTICE
COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED
Item rate E-tenders are invited from reputed agencies for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.
- Name of work: Revamping of existing interiors of Club House Building.
- Period of Contract : 06 months
- PAC(Probable Amount of Contract) : Rs. 3.72 crores (approximately)
- Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 7,50,000/- through online payment
- Eligibility Criteria: The applicant may be an individual /proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or corporation who meets the requisite eligibility criteria prescribed as under. Joint venture companies and consortiums are not permitted to bid. If the applicant is a limited company or a corporation the application shall be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of Attorney for signing the application accompanied by a copy of the power of Attorney. The applicant should also furnish a copy of the memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a public notary. Bidders should have: -
- Valid PF & ESI registration.
- A. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least one similar work in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs 2.98 crores (excluding GST) during the last 07 years ending on 31.05.2026. Or
B. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least two similar works in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs 1.86 crores (excluding GST) during the last 07 years ending on 31.05.2026.
C. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least three similar works in single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs 1.49 crores (excluding GST) during the last 07 years ending on 31.05.2026.
Similar work means Interior works of buildings.
Value of contract means the cost of work only. Cost of Land is not considered. Attested copy of the client certificate for satisfactory completion of the work should be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, date of starting of work and the completion date of the work. In case the works are executed for Private Client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than the above-mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience.
- Annual work contract receipts to the tune of Rs. 5.58 Crores, during any one of the seven preceding years ending on 31.03.2025. (Audited financial statement for the last 07 years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 should be produced).
- Solvency Certificate from bank of value not less than Rs.93 lakhs certified by bankers. Solvency certificate should not be older than 01 year from the date of submission of prequalification document.
- Net Worth: Net Worth of bidders during last audited financial year should be = Rs 74 lakhs
- Cost of Tender Document : Rs. 5000/- + GST

Interested agencies may submit their bids along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in eligibility criteria. The agencies should submit the duly filled Annexures (I to VIII) attached with this detailed tender notice along with the prequalification documents.
Tenders of only those contractors who are deemed to be qualified after the scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be evaluated. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
