Sealed item rate tenders are invited from reputed agencies for the work detailed as below at Cochin International Airport;

Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification;
The tenderer should have;
- Executed satisfactorily at least one similar job in single contract valuing more than Rs. 15 lakhs during the last five years. (Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for work done)
- Valid PF registration or a declaration to register with PF along with prequalification bid.
Interested agencies may submit the application on their letterhead, enclosing the self-attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria for prequalification to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Limited, Kochi Airport P.O. 683111, on or before 07th August 2026.
Tender documents shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after scrutiny of their application. The cost of the tender document shall be remitted in the form of cash or demand draft favouring CIAL, payable at Ernakulam. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
