Sealed item rate tenders are invited from the reputed Electrical contractors possessing valid class ‘A ‘license issued by the Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate, for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.

 

Name of work	:Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Panel and Associated Cable Laying Works for EV Chargers at CIAL
Estimated Cost	: Rs 27.73 lakhs (approximately)
Period of Completion	: 03 Months

  

Eligibility criteria:                       

 

 1. Valid grade “A “license issued from the Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate (KSEI). (Copy of license to be submitted)

                                                

2. Valid PF and ESI registration. (Copy of both registration certificates are to be submitted)

 

3. Executed satisfactorily at least one similar Electrical work in single work order for a value not less than Rs 20 lakhs during any of the previous (5) five years ending on 31-07-2026  in any reputed organization.

    

For this the satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by the client is to be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the value and components of the project, date of starting of the work and the completion date of the work. The work should be 100 % completed during the said period of the project. In case the works are executed for Private Client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work with their value, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No documents other than the above-mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience

 

4. Annual turnover to the tune of Rs 50 lakhs during any one of the three preceding years, namely 2022-2023 ,2023-24 and 2024-25. Audited financial statements for the last three years mentioned above are to be produced as proof of the financial performance of the contractor with UDIN

 

Earnest Money Deposit                    :   Rs 70,000/-

(shall be submitted in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalized/Scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited.)

Cost of Tender Documents                        :   Rs 2000/- + GST

(Can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Cochin International Airport Limited payable at Ernakulam/Nedumbassery.)

 

Last Date of Submission of application forms for pre-qualification	: 13-08-2026 before 4:30 PM
Period of Sale of Tender	From 14-08-2026 to 18-08-2026  between 10:00AM to 4:30PM
Last Date and time for the submission of Tender Document	: 3:00PM on 02-09-2026
Date and time of opening of the Tender Document	03.30PM on 02-09-2026

 

Interested agencies shall have to submit their application forms for prequalification along with necessary supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, PIN:683 111, on or before the date mentioned above for the pre-qualification for issuing the tender document.

 

Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found eligible after the scrutiny of their application.

CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tender documents which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
