COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED

Sealed item rate tenders are invited from reputed agencies for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport Ltd, Nedumbassery.

Estimated cost	Rs. 73 Lakhs
Eligibility Criteria	Tenderers should have Valid Civil ‘B’ Class & above registration certificate in CPWD/State PWDs/ MES/Railways or any public sector undertakings Valid PF registration or a declaration to register with PF along with prequalification bid. i) Executed satisfactorily at least one similar job in single contract valuing more than Rs. 60 lakhs during the last five years ending on 30.07.2024. (Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for work done) ii) Executed satisfactorily at least two similar jobs in single contract valuing more than Rs. 36 lakhs during the last five years ending on 30.07.2024. (Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for work done) Annual work contract receipts to the tune of Rs. 1.00 Crores, during any one of the five preceding years ending on 31.03.2023. (Audited financial statement for the last 05 years, (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 should be produced).

Interested agencies may submit their applications along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in eligibility criteria in the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd, Kochi Airport (P O), 683111 on or before 10/07/2024 for Prequalification.

Tenders shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after the scrutiny of their applications. The cost of tender Documents can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand draft favoring CIAL payable at Ernakulam.

CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
