Eligibility criteria for pre-qualification:
Tenderers should have:
1. Valid PF registration.
2. Executed satisfactorily at least one painting work in single contract valuing more than Rs.60 Lakhs during any of the last 05 years ending on 31.03.2024 (Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be submitted).
3. Annual work contract receipts to the tune of Rs.200 Lakhs, during any one of the five preceding years ending on 31.03.2023. (Audited financial statements with UDIN to be produced).

Interested agencies may submit their applications along with the attested copies of supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria to the Office of The Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport (PO), 683111 on or before 12/07/2024 for pre-qualification.
Tenders shall be issued only to those agencies who are found eligible after scrutiny of the applications. The cost of tender documents can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft in favour of CIAL payable at Ernakulam.
CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
