Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should have

1. Valid Civil ‘A’ Class & above registration certificate in CPWD/State PWDs/ MES/Railways or any public sector undertakings
2. Valid PF registration or a declaration to register with PF along with prequalification bid.
3. i) Executed satisfactorily at least one similar job in single contract valuing more than Rs. 70 lakhs during the last five years ending on 30.07.2024. (Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for work done)

ii) Executed satisfactorily at least two similar jobs in single contract valuing more than Rs. 45 lakhs during the last five years ending on 30.07.2024. (Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for work done)

4. Annual work contract receipts to the tune of Rs. 1.35 Crores, during any one of the five preceding years ending on 31.03.2023. (Audited financial statement for the last 05 years, (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 should be produced).
