TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from experienced agencies on behalf of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) for the Construction of Two Nos Of Refilling Structure and Allied Works at Cochin International Airport., Nedumbassery.
Name of work: Construction of Two Nos Of Refilling Structure and Allied Works at Cochin International Airport.
Estimated Cost: Rs 18.51 Lakhs. (approximately)
Period of Completion: 04 months.
Pre-Qualification Criteria

- Agencies with valid PF & ESI registration certificate.
- The Bidder shall have satisfactorily executed at least one civil work or similar work valuing more than Rs. 15 lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years.
Or
The Bidder shall have satisfactorily executed at least two civil work or similar work valuing more than Rs. 12 lakhs in single contract during any of the last 05years.
Satisfactory completion certificate from the client should be produced for the work
(Similar work means Metal structural works, Piping works (with MS, GI pipes and valves) as a single contract or part of a composite contract. Value of contract means the cost of construction only. Cost of Land is not considered. The client certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, executed value without GST, date of starting of work and the completion date of the work. In case the works are executed for private client, copy of the work order, list of major components of work, executed value without GST, TDS certificate for all payments received from and copy of final/last bill paid by the client shall be submitted. No other documents other than above mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience).

- Annual contract receipts to the tune of Rs.40 lakhs during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31.03.2024 (audited balance sheets showing turnover, profit and loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years only shall be permitted to tender.

Interested agencies shall have to submit their applications along with prequalification and necessary supporting documents, as mentioned in the eligibility criteria to the office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd., Kochi Airport P O, pin: 683 111, on or before – 30/07/2024, 16.00 Hrs. for prequalification.
Tenders shall be issued only to those contractors who are found eligible after scrutiny of the applications. The cost of tender documents can be remitted in the form of Cash or Demand Draft or electronic transfer in favour of CIAL payable at Ernakulam.
CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
