TENDER NOTICE
Annual maintenance contract for the service and maintenance of Airfield crash fire tenders including inspection, periodical/ preventive maintenance of ACFT’s, installation, attending all type of breakdown/repair works, replacement of defective parts. Also, documentation including maintenance of registers for all types of works carried out and service reports.

Period of Completion: 02 Years
Pre-qualification Criteria:
Agencies should meet following pre-qualification criteria:
- The company should have a minimum annual turnover of Rupees 30 Lakhs (Thirty Lakhs) for any one of the last 3 years commencing from April 2021 to March 2024.
Audited balance sheet showing turnover/profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding three years shall be produced as proof of financial performance of the contractor. Also, a duly signed statement from a Chartered Accountant with Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) shall be obtained, certifying turnover of the Tenderer for the last 03 years shall be submitted.
- The company should have satisfactorily executed a single work order of a minimum of 6 Lakhs on similar jobs.
For this, Work Order copies with name and details of the client shall be submitted.
- The company shall possess a minimum 1 years of experience in defects rectification, attending breakdowns and all types of major repair works on specialized firefighting vehicles with electro-pneumatic system used for Rescue and firefighting application in the immediate preceding 5 years.
For this, certificates of satisfactory performance from respective clients shall be submitted.
- The bidder should not have been blacklisted either by CIAL or any of the reputed organizations.
Documents to be submitted: Self declaration by the bidder
- The tenderer shall provide a satisfactory report from CIAL if they have previously supplied goods or items to CIAL. The report should include details of the previous supply, including the nature of the goods/items, quantity supplied, delivery dates, and any relevant performance information.
Note: All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the original bidder itself and not through any partner, joint venture, principal, subsidiary etc.

Cochin International Airport Limited reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
Tender document will be issued only to the tenderers on payment of Indian rupees 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) which is inclusive of GST from 29 th July 2024 to 2nd August 2024, 1000 Hrs. to 1630 Hrs. in all working days.
*For getting tender documents by post in India Rs.500/- to be added and Rs.2000/- for abroad.
Last date for submission of application and tender fee: up to 1630 Hrs. 29th July 2024.
Period of sale of Tender documents: 29th July 2024 to 2nd August 2024, 1000, Hrs. to 1630 Hrs. in all working days
Final date for submission of tender documents: up to 15.00 hrs. on 12thAugust 2024
Date of opening of technical bid: 15.30 hrs. on 12thAugust 2024
Date of opening of financial bid: will be intimated later
Tender forms shall be issued to those agencies which are found the receipt of tender fee. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders which are not accompanied by the EMD shall be summarily rejected.
