Eligibility Criteria
1. The contractor should have their Local office in Kerala.
Document to be submitted: - Proof for local office and Company profile
2. Tenderers should have executed satisfactorily at least one similar job in a single contract valuing not less than Rs.50 Lakhs during the preceding three years in reputed firms.
(Document to be submitted- Satisfactory completion certificate from the client).
- Tenderers should have Annual turn over to the tune of Rs.1 Crores during any one of the last three years.
Document to be submitted: - Audited financial statement
Commercial Bids of only those contractors who are deemed to be qualified after scrutiny of their eligibility documents shall be evaluated. Cochin International Airport Ltd reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
