Sealed item rate tenders are invited from reputed civil contractors/agencies for the work mentioned below at Cochin International Airport Ltd, Nedumbassery.

Eligibility Criteria for Pre-qualification

1. A valid Civil “A” Class registration in CPWD/state PWDs/MES/Railways or any public sector undertakings. Valid Civil ‘A’ Class & above registration in CPWD/State PWDs/MES/Railways or have a valid empanelment for civil works with any Public Sector Undertakings/Govt Agencies for a value equal to or higher than the PAC for this work.
2. PF registration certificate
3. Satisfactorily executed:

1. At least one civil work in single contract valuing more than Rs.130 lakhs during the last 07 years.
2. At least two civil works valuing more than Rs.80 lakhs each during the last 07 years.

Satisfactory completion certificate from the client shall be produced for the work.

4. Annual work contract receipts of Rs. 240 lakhs against work executed during any one of the 05 preceding years ending on 31/03/2023 (Audited financial statement showing turnover, profit & loss account of the firm for the preceding 05 years should be submitted along with the application for pre-qualification). Tenderers shall submit Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) generated documents as proof of all financial statements as per NIT conditions duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. The documents submitted by bidders without UDIN shall not be entertained

Interested agencies may submit their applications along with the attested copies of    supporting documents mentioned in the eligibility criteria in the Office of the Managing Director, Cochin International Airport Ltd, Kochi Airport (P.O), 683111 on or before 12.09.2024 for prequalification.   Tenders shall be issued only to those agencies who are found eligible after scrutiny of their applications. The cost of tender documents can be remitted in the form of cash or Demand draft favoring CIAL payable at Ernakulam. CIAL reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria at their discretion and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The tenders not accompanied by EMD shall be summarily rejected.
