Eligibility Criteria:
- The bidder’s Annual turnover to the tune of Rs 1 Crore, during any one of the five preceding years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24).
Documents to be submitted: Audited Financial Statements viz; Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Schedules annexed thereto. All Audited Financial Statements must have got affixed Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Chartered Accountant, in case if any years Financial Statements does not have UDIN affixed, CA Certificate with UDIN certifying the Turnover of the Company needs to be attached.
2. The bidder should have executed at least one job relating to Telephone or Networking Systems in a single contract valuing more than Rs 10 Lakhs during the last five years.
Documents to be submitted: Satisfactory completion certificate from the client for works executed in a single contract valuing Rs 8 Lakhs during the last four years supported by Work Order.
3. The bidder shall have a local office in Kerala.
