Tenders from reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) / authorized Indian agents for Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Training & Maintenance of Wildlife Scaring Equipments viz LPG Operated Gas cannon, Mobile Gas cannon LPG operated, Remotely Operated GAS Cannon with Cartridge, Pistol Launched Pyrotechnic including a warranty period of minimum 1 Year as per Technical Specifications issued in the tender document.

The bidder should be a reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorized representative of the manufacturer, who is having authorization certificate from the OEM to participate in the tender at CIAL.

(Documents to be submitted: Company Profile of bidder & OEM and authorization from OEM to participate in the tender at CIAL.)

The Bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.1 Crore in any of the last three financial years.

Documents to be submitted: (i) Audited Financial Statements for last three years ii) Certificate from the Chartered Accountants duly signed with UDIN certifying the turnover of the company for the last 3 years ( FY20-21, FY21-22 & FY 22-23) (FY23-24 Audited can be provided if available).

The Bidder has executed satisfactorily the Supply of Wildlife Equipments/Solutions in single contract with a minimum order value of Rs. 25 Lakhs in the last 5 years.

 Documents to be submitted: Purchase Order Copy or Satisfactory completion certificate/ Work Progress certificate from the client mentioning the Order Value needs to be submitted.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted either by CIAL or any of the reputed organizations.

 (Documents to be submitted: Self declaration by the bidder. If the bidder has already supplied any equipment to CIAL, certificate from the competent authority of CIAL regarding satisfactory service support of the bidder should be submitted)

5.

The bidder or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) should have own/authorized service center in India to ensure smooth implementation and onsite maintenance service for the quoted equipments.

(Document to be submitted: If bidder is an OEM: Undertaking that it has own sales and service centre in India, mentioning the complete Address, Contact number etc. and Certificate of Incorporation/ GST Registration certificate issued by GSTN authorities / PAN Card).

If bidder is an authorized representative of the manufacturer: (i) Certificate from OEM authorizing the bidder for Sales and Service in India, mentioning complete address of the Service centre, Contact number etc )

Note:

1. All pre-qualification criteria should be met by the bidder.
2. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors.
3. No two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as proprietor and /or partner shall tender for the execution of the same works. If they do so all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.
