Eligibility Criteria for participation in the tender:
Tender may be submitted by the Bidder, provided the Bidder meets the following eligibility criterion for participation in the tender process:
- The bidder should be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer or Authorized Representative/ dealer of the manufacturer.
- If the bidder is an OEM, they shall have a turnover of not less than 25 crores in any one of the last three financial years. In case the bidder is Authorized Representative/ dealer of the OEM, they shall have a turnover of not less than Rs 10 Crores in any one of the last three financial years.
- The bidder/OEM shall have an experience of 5 years in supplying housekeeping equipment to airports/railway stations/ hospitals/ PSUs/ shopping malls or other similar establishments.
- In any one of the last three years, the bidder should have supplied and commissioned either A single work order for ride-on scrubber cleaning machines worth ?50 lakhs or more, OR two work orders each worth ?30 lakhs or more, OR three work orders each worth ?20 lakhs each or more.
- The bidder should not be blacklisted or debarred by any government organizations or Airports.
- Certification from ISO 9001-2015
- Have after Sales & Service support in Kerala.
The above criteria shall be referred to as the Eligibility Criteria. Tenderer must provide documentary evidence including certificates of successful commissioning with the technical bid to support the above details.
