Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid PF and ESI registration. (Copy of both registration certificates are to be submitted)
2. A. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least one similar work in a single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs. 13.30 Lakhs during the last 07 years (18.11.2017-18.11.2024)
OR
B. The bidder should have commenced and completed at least two similar works in a single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs. 10 Lakhs each during the last 07 years. (18.11.2017-18.11.2024).
(Similar work means supply, installation, testing and commissioning of thermal insulation panel for cold-rooms. as a single contract or as a part of composite contract. Attested copy of the principal client certificate for satisfactory completion of cold room work should be submitted. The certificate shall clearly indicate the components of the project, date of start of work and the completion date of the work. No documents other than the above mentioned could be considered as documentary proof for work experience.)
3. Annual turnover to the tune of Rs 17 lakhs during any one of the last five preceding years ending in 2023-24. Audited financial statements for the last five years mentioned above are to be produced as proof of the financial performance of the contractor.
