COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED
Online item rate E-Tenders are invited from reputed agencies for the Supply of SCOSTA CL Smart Cards at Cochin International Airport Limited.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 60 Lakhs in any of the last four financial years.
Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria
i. Audited financial statement for the last four financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.
2. The bidder should have supplied smart cards or executed similar works during the last six years in reputed firms for the value mentioned below:
· one similar work in single contract valuing more than Rs 12.50 Lakhs
· two similar works, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 7.5 Lakhs.
· three similar works, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 6 Lakhs
Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria
i. Satisfactory work completion certificate from the client in terms of type of work, quality, order value, period of execution.
ii. List of similar works executed in airports/reputed firms during the last six preceding years.
3. The bidder should have own local office or authorized service partner in India.

i. GST registration details.
4. Period of download of tender document : Till 1500 Hrs on 29/03/2023
5. Last Date of submission of tender document : 1500 hrs on 29/03/2023
6. Date of opening of technical bid : 30/03/2023 at 1530 Hrs
7. Date of opening of commercial bid : will be intimated later
8. Tender Fee : Rs 1,000/- (inclusive of taxes)
