TENDER NOTICE

 

Cochin International Airport Ltd. (CIAL) invites tenders from eligible agencies for supply of office stationery, computer stationery and Housekeeping items to Cochin International Airport Ltd for the year 2025-2026.

 

Tenders will be issued from 27^th December 2024 during office hours from the office of the Deputy General Manager (Commercial), CIAL, Kochi-Airport P.O.-683 111 on payment of  Rs. 590/- as cost of tender forms.  The last date for submission of tenders is 20^th January 2025 at 3.00 P.M. Eligibility Criteria:

 

1. Agencies should have at least 2 years experience in supplying similar products to Govt. Offices/Public Sector Undertakings / Reputed Private Organizations.  Experience Certificate from client, Copy of the purchase orders &Invoices should be produced. 
2. Agencies should have received orders worth at least Rs.2 lakhs or more in their respective category in any one of the last five years.
3. Agencies should have GST Registration.  Copy of the same should be produced along with the tender.

 

Documents to be submitted.

1. Client certificates to prove 2 years experience.
2. Copy of Purchase Order/Invoice
3.  GST Certificate.
