Eligibility Criteria:

Bidders should have

 

1.                               The bidder/ system integrator should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 8 Crores in any of the last four financial years.

 

Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria

 

                                i.            Audited financial statement for the last four financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.

 

2.                  Executed satisfactorily CCTV Surveillance Systems or Networking Systems during the last six years in reputed firms for the value mentioned below:

·         one similar work in single contract valuing more than Rs 1.60 crores

·         Two similar works, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 1 Crore.

·         three similar works, each in single contract valuing more than Rs 80 Lakhs

 

Documents to be submitted as the proof of above said criteria

 

                             i.                           Satisfactory work completion certificate from the client in terms of type of work, quality, order value, period of execution and service support. Client contact details are to be provided.

                           ii.                           List of similar works executed in airports/reputed firms during the last six preceding years. Client contact details are to be provided.

 

3.                  The bidder should have own local office/service centre or authorized service partner in India for providing project technical assistance & support during design, implementation, warranty and annual maintenance services.

                                                i.                    Particulars of office /servicing facility of bidder/ authorized service partner in India with GST registration details.
